Digital Databases Here, we use the Internet to get to these databases. It is just like walking to the encyclopedia section of the library, but we are getting there “electronically”. Note: You may need to enter your library card number if you are accessing the databases from somewhere other than the library.
Learn with the help of dinosaurs! There is an art dinosaur, a science and math dinosaur, a history dinosaur, and many more to help you with your homework, or just for fun, because learning is fun! This database is best suited for the very youngest readers in primary school.
Kids Search: Older kids will be amazed at the many ways to search for materials for school (or just because "you want to know”). Check out the biography section, or books and encyclopedias, about the topic you need or want to know more about. If you need help to learn how to use Kids Search, please talk to a librarian!
