Please visit the library for a PIN, if you do not have one.

Identification requirements for new library cards:

Adults: All adult library card applicants must complete and sign a short application in person.  A valid ID that proves who you are is needed, as well as proof of Fairview residency.  Examples of ID include: passport, driver’s license, or green card.  Examples of proof of residency include: apartment lease, PSEG bill, municipal tax bill, or deed. 

Children: Parents/guardians of children will need to complete and sign a short application in person on their child’s behalf.  Additionally, if you would like your child (age 8 and older) to have permission to use the Internet, another form will need to be completed and signed. The circulation staff will make a note about “Internet permission” on the library card and in our computer.

Internet Availability and Wireless

High-speed wireless internet can be accessed throughout the library.

Printing and Copying

A Xerox copier is available for public use.  Additionally, the library offers printing from our public access computers.

Library users:  Xerox copies are 15 cents, computer printouts are 25 cents.

Students: Free for up to 5 Xerox copies or computer printouts.
